Each of the air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a dining area. All offer a living area with a sofa, free cable TV and a DVD player. Free secure covered onsite parking is provided for one car. All apartments have lift access. The tour desk can book tickets to Gold Coast theme parks, including Dreamworld, MovieWorld and Wet n Wild. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 9:00 until 17:00 Saturday: 9:00 until 12:00 Sunday: Closed Guests arriving outside reception hours are required to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that there is a limit of one free underground secure car parking space per apartment. Please note that the parking area has a height limit of 1.9 metres. Hyundai IMAX vehicles do not fit in the parking area. There is free on-street parking is also available. Please note that this hotel has a strict No Party Policy. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.
