Excellsior Apartments offers self-contained waterfront accommodation in the centre of Mooloolaba. The property is a 5-minute walk from Main Beach and Sea Life and boasts a swimming pool and heated spa.
Mooloolaba Beach with its many alfresco-style cafes, restaurants and boutique shops is within a 5-minute walk away.
All apartments feature a private balcony with water views. The self-contained units include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and spacious lounge area with flat-screen TV.
Guests can enjoy the BBQ area and free private parking.
Excellsior Apartments is within a 15-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and Aussie World. The popular Steve Irwin Australia Zoo is 30 minutes’ drive away. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. All guests must sign the propertys Terms of Stay.
