Located directly opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, Viscount on the Beach offers luxurious self-catering apartments with private balconies and magnificent ocean views. The property features a swimming pool, a rooftop hot tub and barbecue facilities. All apartments come with laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator. Each apartment has flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Guests at Viscount on the Beach can enjoy the sun on the terrace, or relax in the sauna. The tour desk can provide sightseeing advice and help guests with travel arrangements. Viscount on the Beach is a 20-minute walk from the shops, cafés and restaurants on Cavill Avenue. Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport and Dreamworld Theme Park are 30 minutes’ drive away. • Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. • Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. • The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. • Please note there are nearby works - not within our property however we would like to make you aware - during the daytime hours of of 6.30am – 6.30pm Mon – Sat. We appreciate your understanding during this time and apologise for any inconvenience. Viscount on the Beach will be upgrading the landscaping and perimeter retaining walls, with works commencing Friday, 22 August 2025 and is to be completed by Tuesday, 28 of November 2025. During this time, all facilities will remain open, with the following temporary changes: Pool access will be via the North Lawn (basement access closed) Beach access will be available from the front exit (not through the pool area) Temporary Fencing will be around the perimeter – please note that views from all apartments are not obstructed.
