RECEPTION HOURS Our Reception Is Open From 7.30am till 2.00pm and 4.00pm till 10.00pm * Check-In is from 1.00pm till 2.00pm and 4.00pm till 10.00pm. * Check-Out is at 10am Arrivals Between 2.00pm And 4.00pm: Guests who arrive between the hours of 2.00pm and 4.00pm will be able to wait and relax onsite in our communal area and are able use the facilities until our reception reopens at 4.00.pm. Arrivals After 10.00pm: If you are arriving after 10.00pm, you will need to contact our friendly staff on 24 hours prior to your arrival and you will be provided with all the necessary information and instructions on how to access your room key and find your room. LICENSED ALCOHOL PREMISES: We are a fully licensed alcohol venue with a bar and café onsite. NO BYO alcohol is permitted to be brought into the Jackaroo Treehouse at any time. IDENTIFICATION * A valid government issued photo I.D must be presented by every guest staying at the Jackaroo at check-in. * A valid credit card must be presented by every guest staying at the Jackaroo Treehouse at check-in. CANCELLATIONS 1 to 5 people – Cancellations and modifications must be emailed by 23.59pm 3 days (72 hours) prior to the reservation arrival date. 6 or more people – Cancellations and modifications must be emailed by 23.59pm 7 days (168 hours) prior to the reservation arrival date. * Late cancellations and modifications made inside the stated notification period will be charged for the total price of the full reservation. No refund will be given. *No-shows will be charged for the total price of the full reservation. No refund will be given. *All booking cancellations and modifications must be made via email only. *Cancellations and modifications via phone will not be accepted. *For all reservations made through a 3rd party OTA or travel agent and not directly made through the Jackaroo Treehouse website, the guest must contact the 3rd party OTA or travel agent to make any cancellation or modification.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
