Day 01 ARRIVAL – NAIROBI

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your city hotel. Upon arrival, receive a briefing about your exciting safari. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and unwind.

Day 02 NAIROBI – MASAI MARA

Approx. 5–6 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and drive towards the spectacular Masai Mara Game Reserve, passing through Narok, the major Maasai administrative centre.

Masai Mara is one of Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife destinations, renowned for its vast savannahs and abundant wildlife. During your afternoon game drive, look out for Impala, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Elephant, Topi, Buffalo, Warthog and Ostrich, along with predators such as Lion, Cheetah, Hyena and possibly the elusive Leopard.

Later, transfer to your lodge/camp and relax.

Day 03 MASAI MARA

Today is dedicated to exploring the magnificent Masai Mara Game Reserve. Enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive and a late-afternoon game drive across the vast African savannah.

The reserve forms part of the northern extension of the Serengeti ecosystem and is home to large herds of Buffalo, Wildebeest, Hartebeest, Impala and Gazelle. Keep an eye out for Black Rhino, Giraffe, Elephant and Lion prides. The Mara River is also home to large numbers of Hippos.

Return to your lodge/camp and enjoy a relaxing evening surrounded by the beauty of the African wilderness.

Day 04 MASAI MARA – LAKE NAIVASHA

Approx. 4–5 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, travelling through the scenic Great Rift Valley. Arrive around lunchtime and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this beautiful freshwater lake.

Lake Naivasha is a paradise for birdwatchers, with a rich variety of birdlife including Fish Eagles, Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, Lily-trotters, Red-knobbed Coots and Black Crakes. The lake is also home to a large population of Hippos and is surrounded by papyrus and acacia trees.

Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the tranquil lakeside atmosphere.

Day 05 LAKE NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Approx. 7–8 Hrs. Drive

After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, located beneath the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.

The park is famous for its spectacular landscapes, seasonal swamps, diverse wildlife and iconic views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Keep your camera ready for the classic sight of Elephants and Giraffes against the dramatic backdrop of the snow-capped mountain.

Enjoy a packed lunch en route, followed by an afternoon game drive as you make your way towards the camp.

Day 06 AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, enjoy early-morning and afternoon game drives in Amboseli National Park.

Explore the park’s stunning landscapes and look for Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Zebras, Wildebeest, Buffalo and a variety of bird species. The breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro make the safari experience even more memorable.

Later, return to your lodge/camp and relax.

Day 07 AMBOSELI – LAKE MANYARA

Approx. 6–7 Hrs. Drive | Long Day

After breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive towards Lake Manyara, Tanzania. Along the way, complete the necessary immigration and border formalities before crossing into Tanzania.

Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Lake Manyara hotel.

Note: This will be a long day of travel due to the road journey and border formalities.

Day 10 SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER – LAKE MANYARA

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day Ngorongoro Crater Tour with a packed lunch.

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. This vast volcanic caldera provides a unique habitat for an incredible variety of wildlife. During the crater tour, look out for Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, Giraffe, Gazelle and Wildebeest, along with many other species.

Later, proceed to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay.
