Booking & Cancellation
To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:
- 21 Days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person.
- 20-15 Days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost.
- 14-07 Days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the total tour cost.
- 07-04 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the total tour cost.
- 03 Days prior or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the total tour cost.
For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train-tickets/cruises/safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services.
