  • No feeding: Feeding animals is strictly prohibited, as it can disrupt their diets and potentially harm them. 
  • No harassment: Avoid any actions that could cause distress to the animals, such as loud noises, sudden movements, or attempts to provoke them. 
  • Follow staff instructions: Visitors must adhere to the guidance provided by Safari World staff members regarding animal interactions and park rules.

  • Animal Interaction: Harassing or provoking animals is strictly prohibited. Visitors should avoid loud noises, tapping on enclosures, or attempting to provoke reactions from animals. 
  • Respect for Animals: Visitors should observe animals from a safe distance and avoid actions that could stress or disturb them. 
  • Littering: Littering and leaving food unattended are not allowed. Trash should be disposed of in designated bins and unattended food can attract animals. 
  • Following Instructions: Visitors must adhere to the instructions provided by park staff, especially regarding animal shows and exhibits. 
  • Designated Areas: Visitors should stay on designated paths and avoid restricted areas to ensure their safety and the well-being of the animals. 
  • Outside Pets: Bringing outside pets into Safari World is not permitted. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are typically not eligible for refunds, according to Travstore. 
  • Child Ticket Age: Child tickets are usually for children aged 2-11 years old, with a maximum height restriction. 
  • Parking: There are two parking lots with a free shuttle service to the park entrance.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. 
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
